Munich! (Munchen) Part 1

Alright, this week I went to Munich with Thomaz from Brazil! He needed to get a traditional Bavarian Shirt (that he spoilt)We stayed at his friend's place, who has a royal dog! The black labrador retriever was a gift to Max from his classmate, and apparently she's a princess! WooF~ My first contact with a royal bloodline! Haha... I wonder why none of my friends back in Singapore have titles or land or are dukes/ladies. Why are we all commoners!

Anyway, I'm starting to love Squart more than Inu! ^^ haha.. He's such a good boy and he's so black that taking a picture of him is so difficult!
Anyway, we went for the sandeman free walking tour again, and saw that Munich really does look like everywhere else in Germany. Out of tune bells, Hitler's influence on the land,it was quite interesting. The highlight of the trip was of course the BMW Museum that I will be posting soon! Autophiles, get ready!

Amsterdamned!

Yay... Finally I went out of Germany into The Netherlands! Welcome to the world of Sex, Drugs and more sex.. hah! This has to be the most interesting weekend of my time in Europe! The Dutch here are like so cool. Drinking on the streets IS ILLEGAL, but smoking pot and eating space cakes are allowed! Prostitution is legal, but not pimnping. The oldest prostitute in the red-light district is 73 years old! (Talk about fetish..)

The Heineken Museum was really fun. But Amsterdam is definitely not the cheapest city to be living in. The world's 2nd most populated city, this place has LIFE, but no discounts for travelling in group or student discounts. (When we approach the ticket counter in the Heineken Museum to ask for students discount, they said" students drink too much." ) Oh so frank and so true. Anne Frank house, I heard, was nice, but when we finally decided not to feel dizzy and get out ass there, it was already closed. oh well.

The Free walking tour guide this time round was Mason. Nice guy, but I feel that this Kiwi spoke really fast and ended the tour in less than 3 hours! Anyway, the tour is free and really worth it. They are paid by tips so PLEASE tip these poor souls!

The hotel we were living in WAS FREAKING GROSS. The door handles falls off and there's mold growing on the ceiling in the shower. There's no room service and it's really really expensive. Good Location, bad hotel,

Alright, I shall be going off now. Will post more pictures soon! =)
